Administration Assistant

Description

Aztech is currently seeking applications for a qualified Administration Assistant who is willing to work as part of a team.

Work days/hours will be Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.

The position would include:

• Customer service

• Invoicing and quotations

• Emailing

• Data entry

• Reception and willing to meet deadlines

Criteria

Skills required for this position:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration

• Cert lll in Admin

• Excellent phone manner

• The ability to work in a team environment

• Skills in using Word and Excel

• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

• Able to learn new tasks quickly and work independently
